Reiki Healing
Reiki is an energy healing techniques that originates from Japan.
During Reiki, the Reiki practitioner will use their hands to deliver energy to your body, improving the flow and balance of your energy to support healing.
Reiki aids in healing by helping people become energetically balanced physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.

Sound healing
Sound Healing is a healing technique that uses tonal frequencies to bring the body into a state of vibrational balance and harmony.
During a sound healing session, you will lie down on the massage table or yoga mat while a variety of instruments such as crystal sound bowls, chimes, rain sticks, Tibetan singing bowls etc. are played. The sound frequencies then slows down the brain waves to a deeply restorative which activates the body's system of self-healing.

Breathwork
Breathwork refers to breathing techniques that intentionally channel and focus on the breath.
Breathwork helps calm you down and move your body and mind out of fight-or-flight mode.
Breathwork in my sessions includes specially curated music to enhance your connection with your inner/higher self to create a physiological environment that is conducive for you to receive higher guidance.
SOUL CONVERSATION
Soul conversation sessions are designed to meet you where you are and to help you identify and work with your intuitive gifts and questions.
Soul conversation is for you if:
You desire a one to one conversation about your spiritual journey without the energy healing component
You are looking to develop or understand how to work with your intuitive abilities
You are new to the spiritual path and need some additional guidance on how to begin
