In this core section, we explore the energies of worry, fear, anger, doubt, and resentment—not to judge or suppress them, but to lovingly release them. . Through guided practices, you'll begin to invite healing into the body using the power of your own hands as a channel of compassion and energy. This is a deeply embodied experience of self-healing, where your breath becomes medicine, your hands become instruments of light, and your intuition leads the way toward renewal.
