Throughout the day, you will be guided through:
Sitting Meditation, to cultivate stillness, focus, and mindful awareness.
Sound Meditation, using subtle vibrations and tones to calm the nervous system and engage your senses.
Chanting, opening the voice and heart while connecting to rhythm, resonance, and collective energy.
Movement Meditation (Qigong), gentle and mindful movement that awakens energy, releases tension, and fosters a sense of embodiment.
This retreat offers a supportive and nurturing environment where you can explore these practices at your own pace, pause for reflection, and integrate insights into your daily life.
