SEASON OF LETTING GO

A lot of external changes are happening in my life right now.

Mostly related to people I connect deeply with — which, for me, is rare.

There are many shifts happening around me, not necessarily because of choices I am making, but because of choices others are making for themselves that indirectly affect me.

Ahhh.

Another reminder of how deeply connected we all are, isn't it?

So while my life may appear to be standing still, there is so much movement happening around me.

And so, I have been observing.

Sitting with it all.

While my heart aches from the impending sense of loss, my soul dances with excitement and happiness for what is to come for them.

Lately, impermanence has been showing up again and again as a teacher.

Nothing and no one in our lives is here forever.

Impermanence.

Not just people.

But everything.

There is a time and season for all things.

And when it is time to let go, we learn to let go with grace.

We let go with gratitude.

Perhaps this is another lesson in being fully present while also loosening our attachment to how things should look, how things should unfold, and who we expect to remain.

Leaning into trust.

Trusting that the next season will serve everyone in the way it is meant to.

Trusting that what leaves creates space for what is arriving.

Trusting that even endings have their place.

Much peace to all.
